1. Prepaid subscriptions
GMC Link Premium subscriptions are prepaid: at the start of each billing period you pay for the whole period. One-time purchases are paid at the moment of purchase.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
3. No refunds for started periods
Once a billing period has started, the payment for that period is not refunded — neither in part nor in full — even if you stop using Premium before the period ends.
The same applies to one-time purchases once the purchased service has been delivered or made available to you.
4. Free trial
The Premium trial is free and requires no card. Nothing is charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund. If you do not subscribe after the trial, you simply continue on the free plan.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights granted to you by mandatory consumer-protection law of Georgia; where such law grants a refund right that this policy does not, the law prevails.
